Sincro Interior Design Studio has completed the renovation of a 1614 square foot (150m2) classical apartment apartment in Barcelona, Spain, and added modern industrial touches.

The Living Room
The velvet sofa and chaise both face the TV and the fireplace. Custom cabinetry has been created by black iron sheet, while Vescom vinyl siding provides a backdrop for the TV.
LED lights have been included to provide indirect lighting and showcase the ORAC decorative cornices, illuminating the Catalan vaulted ceiling.
The Fireplace
The living room also has a gas fireplace, which has been covered with 20 × 20 cm decorative ceramic tiles.
The Enclosed Balcony
Off the living room is an enclosed balcony with black window frames, that’s home to a hammock.
The Dining Room
Behind the sofa in the living room is the dining room, that showcases a brick wall, a large wood table, and three pendant lights.
The Kitchen
The open plan kitchen has dark blue cabinetry, with granite countertops. A textured matte black extractor hood complements the cabinets, and an island has been built with a wine cellar underneath.
The Hallway
A hallway connects the social areas of the apartment with the home office, bedrooms and bathroom. The hallway has different type of doors, some lacquered in anthracite gray, others sliding barn doors.
The Home Office
In the home office, there’s a leather sofa for lounging and listening to music, as well desk for working at home.
Bedroom With Built-In TV And Walk-In Closet
In the bedroom, there’s a TV hidden within a cabinet at the end of the bed. Off to the side of the bedroom is a walk-in closet and dressing room with plenty of storage.
A Bathroom For Her
This bathroom includes a minimalist vanity, and a freestanding bathtub that has a colorful tropical mural as a backdrop.
A Bathroom For Him
In this second bathroom, a more masculine and industrial style has been created, with turquoise stripped imitation wood tiles, and industrial-looking sink and cabinet, and a shower with a black-framed screen.
The Laundry Room
In the laundry, light mint cabinets gives the feeling of cleanliness and calm along with the white marble, and the de-toned ceramic tiles on the wall.
